To charge your Jabra Elite 3, place the earbuds in the charging case and close the lid. It takes up to 3.5 hours to fully charge the earbuds.

In Jabra Sound+, you can set up your Jabra Elite 3 to playback from Spotify with a double-press on the Left button.
To enable Spotify playback, go to Jabra Sound+ > Settings icon > Voice Assistant/Spotify. Select Spotify.
When you are not on a call or already listening to music, you can double-press the Left button to resume the last played song. If Spotify is open on your mobile device, a double-press on the Left button plays a Spotify recommended song. Spotify playback also works in mono earbud mode if you use the Left earbud.

When you reset your Jabra true wireless earbuds, previously paired devices and settings will be cleared.
Follow these steps to reset.
1. Place both earbuds in the charging case with the lid open. Ensure your earbuds are sufficiently charged.
2. Press and hold (10 sec) the Left and Right buttons on the earbuds simultaneously until the earbud LEDs flash purple.
3. When the earbud LEDs stop flashing purple, the earbuds have been reset.

In mono earbud mode, press the button of the earbud you are using to mute/unmute the microphone.

To pair your headset with your mobile device or tablet, follow these steps.
1. Turn on the Bluetooth setting on your mobile device.
2. Turn on your earbuds by removing them from the charging case. Alternatively, simultaneously press the Left and Right buttons.
The LEDs on both earbuds will turn green.
3. To enter pairing mode, simultaneously press and hold (3 seconds) the Left and Right buttons on the earbuds, until the LEDs on the earbuds flash blue. The earbuds are now ready to pair with your mobile device.
4. To pair, go to the Bluetooth menu on your mobile device and select the Jabra Elite earbuds from the list. Enter “0000” (four zeros) if you are asked for a pin code.
In daily use, when you turn on the earbuds, they will automatically reconnect with the last previously paired device, if it is turned on and within range.

To turn on your Jabra Elite 2/Elite 3, remove the earbuds from the charging case. To turn off the earbuds, place them in the charging case.

Why do my Jabra Elite 3 earbuds not turn on the first time I remove them from the charging case?

The first time you remove the earbuds from the charging case, they do not turn on automatically.
To turn on the earbuds, peel off the protective plastic covering the charging poles of each earbud and press the Left and Right button simultaneously.

What is the maximum range between the earbuds?

The two earbuds use Bluetooth to connect with each other.
The maximum range between the earbuds is 10m/3ft. If this range is exceeded, the earbuds may lose connection with each other. They will reconnect automatically if both earbuds are turned on and within range of each other.
If not, try placing both earbuds in the charging case. When you take them out, they will automatically turn on and reconnect.

What is the battery time on my Jabra Elite 3?

You can get up to 7 hours on a single charge and a total charge of up to 28 hours with the charging case.

How many Bluetooth devices can I pair with my Jabra Elite 3? ?

You can pair with up to 6 devices that the Jabra device will remember. If you attempt to pair a 7th device, the Jabra device will replace the device that was first paired of the existing paired devices.
You can connect to 1 paired device at a time.
In general, pairing with additional devices is performed the same way as the initial pairing you carried out for your product.
