DESCRIPTION

The drivers used in the Shure SRH1440 are the 40mm large individually matched neodymium drivers that help in the provision of unparalleled acoustic performance with smooth, extended highs and accurate bass. The sound is also natural and has a wide stereo image, and provides increased depth of field. The steel driver frame with vented center pole piece also improves linearity and eliminates internal resonance for consistent performance at all listening levels.

The SRH1440 has an open-back and circum-aural design that rests comfortably over the ears. The fully adjustable premium padded headband with steel frame provides an ergonomic design for hours of listening comfort.

The dual exit oxygen-free copper cable has a Kevlar™ reinforced jacket for superior performance and durability. The gold-plated MMCX connectors also ensure secure connection and detachability for easy storage or replacement.

The 2.1m detachable cable provides plenty of length, the replaceable velour ear pads ensure long product life and Shure's promise of excellent quality withstands all the tribulations of day-to-day lives. These headphones come with a hard zippered case that provides protection from the elements and portability.The lightweight construction featuring aircraft-grade aluminum alloy yoke and stainless steel grilles also enhances portability along with durability.

SRH1440 is supplied with a storage case, replacement set of velour ear pads, reinforced cable, and threaded adapter ensure years of uninterrupted listening enjoyment. The Kevlar™ reinforced cable provides plenty of length, the replaceable ear cup pads ensure long product life and Shure's promise of excellent quality. Also, the headphones include a hard zippered travel case and a threaded 1/4" (6.3) mm gold-plated adapter.
